With a passion for creating a warm, welcoming environment, Kelly ensures residents enjoy nutritious, home-cooked meals while supporting staff and residents throughout the facility.

Merissa joined the Rosewood family in 2023 after experiencing firsthand the care and compassion we provided to her loved one. Leeanne Peterfeso
LeeAnne has worn several hats since joining the Rosewood Senior Living team on March 11, 2022. She began her journey as a PCA, providing compassionate, hands-on care to our residents, and now serves as our Dietary Manager. LeeAnne's versatility, dedication, and willingness to step in wherever needed have made her an invaluable member of our team. LeeAnne's commitment to resident well-being shines through in everything she does. Her caring nature and strong work ethic help make Rosewood feel like home.

Megan has been a valued member of the Rosewood Senior Living team since February 14, 2020. Her strong critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and dedication to excellence have been key factors in her success at Rosewood. Megan consistently goes above and beyond to ensure residents receive exceptional care, and her remarkable attendance has provided residents and families with the continuity and reliability they deserve. Kathleen Goeman, Activity Director
Kathy has been bringing fun, laughter, and meaningful engagement to our residents since February 21, 2022. As our Activity Director, Kathy is dedicated to creating enjoyable experiences that keep residents active, social, and connected. From special events and outings to daily activities, she works hard to make every day a little brighter. And one thing you can count on—Kathy never misses a bingo game! Her enthusiasm, creativity, and genuine love for our residents make her an invaluable part of the Rosewood family.
Kaitlyn Anderson, TMA
Kaitlyn has been a valued member of the Rosewood Senior Living team since January 20, 2024. Her calm, gentle demeanor and compassionate approach make her especially skilled at supporting residents through challenging behaviors and situations. Kaitlyn has a natural ability to provide reassurance and comfort while maintaining a positive environment for those around her. She is always willing to step up, lend a helping hand, and take on additional responsibilities whenever needed. Her experience, knowledge, and dedication have helped her excel in her role and grow into a leadership position on our afternoon shift. Ashlyn leads by example, providing excellent care to our residents while supporting her fellow team members.
